The Process

Call or message us to describe the issue. We'll give you an initial assessment and confirm we can help before you ship anything.
We'll guide you on how to safely package your Mac. Use the original box if you have it, or a sturdy double-walled box with plenty of padding.
Once we receive your Mac, we run a full free diagnostic and contact you with a repair estimate before doing any work.
After the repair is complete and tested, we ship your Mac back to you safely. You'll receive tracking info as soon as it's sent.
What We Accept
We repair all Apple Mac computers via mail-in, including vintage and discontinued models that other shops won’t touch.
Shipping Tips
Use the original Apple box if you have it — it's designed for the device.
If not, use a sturdy double-walled box with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap on all sides.
Remove any accessories, cables, or dongles — only ship the Mac itself.
Include a note with your name, phone number, and a brief description of the issue.
Use a tracked shipping service (Canada Post Xpresspost or Purolator recommended).
Take photos of the Mac and packaging before sealing — for your own records.
We assess your Mac at no charge and contact you with an estimate before starting any work.
If we can't repair it, you pay nothing. We'll ship it back at our expense.
All mail-in repairs carry the same 90-day warranty as in-person repairs.
