If not, use a sturdy double-walled box with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap on all sides.
Remove any accessories, cables, or dongles โ only ship the Mac itself.
Include a note with your name, phone number, and a brief description of the issue.
Use a tracked shipping service (Canada Post Xpresspost or Purolator recommended).
Take photos of the Mac and packaging before sealing โ for your own records.
