Do you provide free estimates?
Yes — always. We never charge for a diagnostic. Estimates are given in person and typically on the spot, though complex issues may take until the next business day. Phone estimates are non-binding and for informational purposes only.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 24–48 hours. We stock the most common parts, so wait times due to ordering are rare.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All repairs come with a 90-day warranty. If the same issue reoccurs within 90 days, we'll fix it at no extra charge. All parts are also guaranteed for 90 days.
Is my personal information private?
Absolutely. We only collect what's needed to service your device. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. All form submissions are encrypted.
Do you accept mail-in repairs?
Yes! We service Mac repairs sent from anywhere in Canada. Contact us first and we'll guide you through safely packaging and shipping your device.
What if you can't fix my Mac?
If we can't fix it, you pay nothing — that's our no fix, no fee guarantee. And even if a full repair isn't possible, your data is almost always recoverable.
